TERMS and CONDITIONS


GENERAL TERMS

o All merchandise is sold "As Is". There are no written or implied
 guaranties or warranties.  The only warranties that we offer are on products that we produce in-house and are 
noted elsewhere.  Additionally, we do forward
to our customers our vendor's warranties, where applicable.

o All merchandise should be considered for Off-Road use only unless
 otherwise noted.

o JGYCustoms, Inc. is not responsible or liable for; mechanical, 
electrical, or other failures which may occur when using non-OEM, 
after market, performance products or products intended 
for Off-Road use only. USE OF THESE PRODUCTS IS THE SOLE LIABILITY 
AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

o Used items are sold with no guarantee of functioning.  This is easily written and read, but should be understood.  
If you buy a used injector and it works for 
one day.........that's it.  If you buy a kit that contains a used item, there is no guarantee that the used item 
will work for any length of time.

o All Pictures on this website are owned by their respective company/Owner 
and are not intended for reproduction.  It doesn't matter if you read this or not, legal actions will be performed.


PAYMENT POLICY

o Only the following methods of payment are accepted by JGY Customs, Inc.:

    Visa
    MasterCard
    Discover
    Cash
    Paypal
    US Postal Money Orders and other style bank notes such as Cashier's Checks
    Debit cards
    Wire Transfers (please inquire for details)
    NO AMERICAN EXPRESS ACCEPTED BECAUSE OF FRAUD ISSUES


DEPOSIT POLICY

o All deposits for merchandise are non-refundable, no exceptions 
allowed.  This implies that if you deposit $500 on an RB26DETT motor and decide not to execute the remainder, 
you lose your deposit.

     If you are paying by credit card as most of our customers do, please note these issues:  We are required 
by our credit card processor to verify information on credit cards and debit cards.  We may require additional 
information regarding billing and shipping issues.  We reserve the right to refuse any order if sufficient 
verification or authorization cannot be made.

CANCELLATION POLICY

      ************JGY reserves the right not to approve a cancellation************

o Cancelled Orders will incur a 15% Cancellation Fee. Because we are a busy organization with space constraints, 
as soon as your order is accepted, we invest time and money to your order, either pulling merchandise/items for 
your order, ordering out of stock items for your order, performing fabrication on your order, and putting you 
inline for completion.  

o Cancelled Special Orders, will incur a 25% Cancellation Fee.  We reserve the right to decide what orders are 
deemed "special".  This normally implies an item we don't typically stock or items that require considerable 
fabrication that is not typical.


o Cancelled Labor jobs are subject to a 50% Cancellation Fee.  Labor jobs such as motor building,
 dyno tuning, and motor installation are included in this category, among other labor jobs.  
Even if the service is not performed or completed, but is cancelled by the customer, the 50% fee 
still applies.

o IMPORTANT:  Some orders can't be cancelled for a refund.  JGY reserves the right to decide if an order can be 
cancelled.  For example, if you order a twin turbo kit for a GA16DE that requires total custom fabrication and 
JGY deems that they could not easily sell the kit, it can not be cancelled.

JGY Customs, Inc. must be notified by the following method in order to inquire about 
canceling an order:

REFUNDS

o Refunds are performed the following Friday of the week the ordered is processed.  This is done via 
credit/debit for orders paid with credit/debit card and via company check for orders paid with check, 
money order, cashiers check, and wire transfer.  In the event that an order is paid with international 
wire transfer from a location that does not allow acceptance of U.S. funds, concessions will be made.

RETURN POLICY

  

o No item may be returned without our having issued a prior return authorization number (RA #)  Returns sent 
without an RA # will be refused.
  ***DO NOT SEND ITEMS TO JGY WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE.  ALL PACKAGES WITHOUT AN RA # ASSIGNED TO IT AND CLEARLY 
WRITTEN ON THE PACKAGING WILL BE REFUSED.***
Please do not take that warning lightly.  JGY does not accept packages that are not known to be sent to JGY.  
This means that if you send a package UPS, it will be refused.  If it is mailed via USPS, it will be marked 
"return to sender".

o Call 276 782 9100 to request a RA #.  We reserve the right to refuse RA requests at our discretion.  When 
issued, RA # is valid for 30 days from issue date.  An RA # does not guarantee a refund or replacement, but 
only a promise that one of our staff will inspect the merchandise based on your description.  Make sure you 
clearly mark your packages with your RA #.  Items must be returned in new, resalable condition and in original 
packaging.  JGY does not accept C.O.D. return shipments.  
Authorization to return unwanted or INCORRECT merchandise must be obtained within 10 days of receipt.  
This means that once you receive your merchandise from JGY, you should open and inspect it soon.  It is not JGY's 
responsibility if you order merchandise, it is shipped, you receive it, go on vacation for 2 months, then inspect 
it to find it is incorrect.  Pack return items securely, insure them and please ship via UPS Ground when applicable.  
You are responsible for the packages arriving in proper condition to JGY.  Items deemed ineligible for credit may 
be returned via UPS or freight carrier, collect.

WARRANTY CLAIMS


o JGYCustoms, Inc. products accepted under warranty will be repaired, replaced, or credited to you at our option.  
In some cases, pro-rating may be applied when an item has fulfilled some part of its life.  Items warranted by 
other manufacturers will be returned to them for their determination.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

o JGY tries it's best to package items securely to prevent shipping damage, but occurrences do happen.  If a 
package arrives damaged, please note the damage with UPS or the freight carrier and follow their policies.  Please 
contact JGY immediately noting the damage.  Save all packaging materials including boxes.  This will aid in the 
speed of the claim.  Always inspect your packages when receiving them.  Claims for errors or shortages must be 
made within 10 days of receipt.  If you want/require a replacement item during the claims process 
(before the claim has been processed by the shipping company for approval), you are required to 
pay for the item before it is shipped to you.  Upon approval of the claim, a full refund will be 
given back to you for the re-purchase of the replacement item.

Unpaid Bills/Delinquent Accounts/Money Owed Policy

o If a work order/invoice/bill is unpaid for an extended amount of time (traditionally more than 3 months)
a service/debt fee can be applied to the bill in the amount of $50 a week for parts ordered and 
$100 a week for cars stored on site.  This fee may be applied to all unpaid bills and may be deleted/not
executed at the discretion of JGY upon completion of the unpaid original amount of the bill.

In the event that litigation arising from the unpaid debt occurs, it will and must take place in the courts
located in Smyth County, Virginia with all legal fees including court fees and representation fees being the 
responsibility of the customer involved in the unpaid dept.  Additionally, JGY reserves the right to require 
the customer to be responsible for an hourly rate or $50 for each hour any staff of JGY spends preparing for 
the litigation and time spent in court.



APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

o If a special appointment is made with a customer for private work, 
and the customer does not arrive within one hour of the scheduled 
appointment, the customer could be subject up to 8 hours of 
Labor charges at the current Labor rate.
